Tonight, I was holding a conversation with one of my sons in regards to working hard and how it is important to work hard in everything you do. I told him about this quote by my favorite "active" NBA player, Kevin Durant. Sometimes kids believe that just because they are talented in something, they do not have to work hard at it. Kids fail to realize that their is someone that may be less talented that work harder than they do and have more success. Hard work pays off in the long run.
